'Born Villain'
Cooking Vinyl

May 2012 is steadily approaching and promises to deliver some of the year’s most anticipated releases. Upcoming albums will be unleashed from bands such as Shadows Fall, Tenacious D, Slash and Marilyn Manson.

Marilyn Manson makes his self-professed “comeback” with his latest record, ‘Born Villain.’ The enigmatic icon recently gave us an in-depth introspective into ‘Born Villain’ and the many themes and metaphors that dwell within the album, as well as his personal journey to create the piece.

Former Manson guitarist and current Rob Zombie axeman John 5 will release his own solo album ‘God Told Me To’ on May 8. The 15th of May will see two big releases, with ‘Fire From the Sky’ from Shadows Fall and ‘Rize of the Fenix’ by comedic rockers Tenacious D.

Other anticipated releases for May include Pennywise‘s ‘All or Nothing,’ Slash‘s ‘Apocalyptic Love,’ Burzum’s ‘Umskiptar’ and Dee Snider‘s ‘Dee Does Broadway.’
