When Metal Allegiance took over City National Grove of Anaheim in late January for their tribute to fallen heroes, the all-star group performed a cover of Ozzy Osbourne’s “I Don’t Know” in honor of late guitarist Randy Rhoads.

Metal Allegiance’s one-time set was filled with rock and metal classics like Metallica’s “Seek & Destroy,” Motorhead’s “Iron Fist” and even cuts like David Bowie’s “Suffragette City.” Once the ever-rotating lineup got to “I Don’t Know,” wrestling icon and Fozzy frontman Chris Jericho handled vocals while Ozzy Osbourne’s current lead guitarist Gus G. joined the all-star band onstage.

Machine Head’s Phil Demmel brandished a custom Randy Rhoads Flying V guitar for the song, while drummer Mike Portnoy and bassist Mark Menghi handled the rhythm section.
