The musical tributes continue to rain in after the passing of Lemmy Kilmister. The latest took place on New Year’s Eve as Royal Machines took the stage at the El Rey in Los Angeles to ring in 2016.

The all-star covers band features Billy Morrison, Dave Navarro, Chris Chaney, Mark McGrath, Donovan Leitch and Josh Freese and is known for bringing out surprise guests at their performances. During their New Year’s Eve set, the band rocked out Motorhead‘s “Ace of Spades” in honor of Lemmy, a song that has been part of past sets dating back to their Camp Freddy days.

Helping out during the performance seen above is Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst, Rob Zombie and Ozzy Osbourne bassist Rob “Blasko” Nicholson and Billy Idol guitarist Steve Stevens.

It should be noted that Blasko also joined Royal Machines for a performance of Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs,” and the night also found the outfit taking on another metal classic — Megadeth’s “Peace Sells” — with Mark McGrath on vocals.

Lemmy Kilmister passed away Dec. 28 at the age of 70. There have been many a written tribute to the Motorhead leader, some musical salutes and Dave Grohl even got some fresh ink in honor of Lemmy. The Rainbow Bar & Grill, one of Lemmy’s favorite Hollywood hangs, will be hosting a public memorial service for Kilmister on Saturday, Jan. 9 from 2PM-2AM.
