The wait is over! The new supergroup Saint Asonia are ready to hit stages across the U.S. in August for their first major tour leg as a band.

The group made their live debut back in May at the Rock on the Range festival, but did not immediately follow it with an extended run of dates. Instead, they've taken their time and made sure to get everything in order before hitting the concert stage. Now, beginning on Aug. 14 in Oklahoma City, Saint Asonia will get to experience life on the road together.

Included in the run are a pair of radio festivals before the trek wraps on Aug. 30 in Baltimore. This first leg of shows primarily centers on the Midwest before concluding with three dates in the Northeastern U.S. Local pre-sale for tickets begin tomorrow (July 8) at 10AM local time, with the public on-sales starting Friday (July 10) at 10AM local time. For VIP packages and ticketing, be sure to visit the band's website.

Earlier this year, frontman Adam Gontier stated in an interview, “It does feel like a new band, for sure — a new band, I guess, with a history, with a bit of a backstory, which is nice. A lot of bands obviously don’t have a lot of story to tell from the past, and we do between us. But at the same time it is a new band. We’re starting from scratch and we’re not expecting to go out and headline arenas anytime soon just because of our previous projects or previous bands or anything like that.”

Gontier is best known for his time with Three Days Grace, while the band's other members include Staind guitarist Mike Mushok, Stuck Mojo bassist Corey Lowery and former Finger Eleven drummer Rich Beddoe. In addition to playing songs from their upcoming self-titled studio album (due July 31), Saint Asonia will work in a few Three Days Grace and Staind tracks as well.

So far, fans have heard the single "Better Place" and the recently released "Blow Me Wide Open." As stated, the remainder of the disc will be issued on July 31. The album art for the self-titled release can be seen above. The disc is available for pre-order at Amazon and iTunes.
