We recently reported on Comedy Central using the Ozzy Osbourne classic 'Crazy Train' as the centerpiece for their 'Roast of Charlie Sheen' promotional campaign. The network has by far exceeded their rock 'n' roll quota for the roast, but it decided to push the angle even further by having legendary ex-Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash play during Sheen's entrance.

Standing on the engine of the 'Crazy Train,' Slash rode in with Sheen during his grand entrance into the roast. Towering over the former 'Two and a Half Men' star, Slash captivated the audience as he shredded his way onto the stage. Even Sheen himself was transfixed by Slash's abilities, exclaiming 'Oh my God' as he gazed upon the axe-man's golden Gibson.

Slash stated on his Facebook page, "The Charlie Sheen roast was an f'n excellent time. Everybody was great. Mike Tyson was in rare form. Stoked to have been part of it."

Earlier this year, Slash spoke about Sheen to Australian rock radio station Triple M during the 2011 Soundwave Festival:"I love Charlie. Charlie is probably the most rock 'n' roll character in entertainment today. All things considered, he's been having a little bit of a hard time recently with all the bad press and everything. But he's been managing to get away with what he's been doing on that show and get a raise over the last more than 10 years. I think that's pretty cool."

The 'Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen' airs Sept. 19 at 10PM ET, exactly one hour after the newly Sheen-less season premiere of CBS' 'Two and a Half Men.'
