Billy Corgan and the Smashing Pumpkins will be spending most of the fall season out on an arena tour that kicks off Oct. 10 in Seattle.

While only the cities on the trek have been announced at this point with the venues and dates to follow in the near future, the Pumpkins will find themselves traveling from coast to coast with stops in several major cities along the way.

The Smashing Pumpkins will kick off the arena shows playing their latest disc ‘Oceania’ in full with the second portion of the concert focusing more on classic Pumpkins tunes and deeper cuts from their career spanning over 20 years.

In addition to the music, the show should be a feast for the eyes as well with Sean Evans on board to create the backing visuals using a new video-mapping technology to deploy something never seen before in the concert world. Evans work includes Roger Waters latest run of ‘The Wall.’

Pre-sales for the shows start on Aug. 27 for Citi Card Members with general on sale dates to be announced regionally. VIP packages will also be available to fans offering a range of options from premiere tickets to special backstage performances. Visit the Smashing Pumpkins official website for more details.
