Veteran punk act Social Distortion have unveiled dates for a fall U.S. tour. The itinerary includes previously announced shows opening for Foo Fighters.

Social D will be out in support of their most recent album, 'Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes.' After a few festival dates and one-off gigs in September and October, the trek kicks off Nov. 1 in Jacksonville, Fla., and runs through a Dec. 4 gig in Denver.

Hot Water Music singer Chuck Ragan will open all of Social D's headlining dates, while Off With Their Heads and Suedehead will provide support on the first and second leg, respectively.

Social D's opening stint on Foo Fighters' arena tour falls right in the middle of their headlining shows, ranging from a Nov. 7 show in Duluth, Ga., to a Nov. 16 gig in Boston.

Along with songs from 'Hard Times,' expect to hear hits such as 'Ball and Chain,' 'Story of My Life' and 'Bad Luck' from Social Distortion. Frontman Mike Ness and company always put on a good old-fashioned, high-energy rock 'n' roll show.
