Stick to Your Guns, 'RMA' - Exclusive Song Premiere

Melodic hardcore titans Stick to Your Guns are about to conquer 2015 with their fifth studio album, 'Disobedient.' The full record won't hit fans until Feb. 10, but to ease your restless nerves, we've teamed up with STYG to exclusively premiere the new song 'RMA (Revolutionary Mental Attitude).'

Since their 2003 formation in sunny Orange County, Calif., Stick to Your Guns have managed to recruit legions of followers through various releases with Century Media and Sumerian Records. 'Disobedient' will be unleashed via the latter label just in time for Valentine's Day.

Stick to Your Guns achieved big things with their 2012 full-length, 'Diamond,' as the album hit No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. During the last few years, STYG have toured relentlessly, hitting up the 2014 Vans Warped Tour along with invading Europe.

As for 'RMA' itself, the track is pure aggression from beginning to end. Though it clocks in at under 90 seconds, Stick to Your Guns make every measure count with no feeling of rush or compromise.

"We came into the studio with 18 songs. There were definitely the heavy, classic Stick To Your Guns songs, there were slow songs, there were more melodic songs, and we didn’t really know what was going to come of it," guitarist Josh James recently told PropertyofZack. "We just knew that we really needed to be pushed to take something to the next level. Because 'Diamond' was just the band. There wasn’t a producer or anything involved and we wanted to work with someone this time (John Feldmann) that would be able to offer ideas."
