We’ve got the exclusive premiere of a new Superjoint track! To get you pumped for Superjoint’s Caught Up in the Gears of Application album, we’re streaming the album’s title track right here at Loudwire!

Superjoint (once known as Superjoint Ritual) are about to unleash their first album in 13 years! Coming via Philip Anselmo’s own Housecore Records label, Caught Up in the Gears of Application is a pure assault of hardcore-influenced metal. Following up two 21st century gems in Use Once and Destroy and A Lethal Dose of American Hatred, Superjoint are looking to add a vicious and philosophical third chapter to the band’s legacy.

“The title track pretty much sums up the overall feel of the LP,” says Anselmo. “It speaks for itself, loudly, clearly, and passionately, whatever a person’s definition of that would be. Let the music do the talking and shape the lyrics to fit your own life.”

“The minute we started writing, I knew this record would be brutal,” said guitarist Jimmy Bower. “Sticking to our true hardcore roots and signature Superjoint sound, we accomplished a record that needed to happen in today’s underground. It’s pissed off! After being on hiatus for 11-plus years, the chance at a new Superjoint record wasn’t something we took lightly.”

Listen to Superjoint’s “Caught Up in the Gears of Application” below! The full album will see a Nov. 11 release, so be sure to pre-order your copy via iTunes or Housecore Records!
