Much like a relationship ebbs and flows, so does the brand new song "Scissors" from Sworn In. The group has a truly trippy video for their equally trippy new song and they've joined forces with Loudwire to bring you the exclusive premiere.

Sworn In bring a variety of emotions to the track, with the song starting off with moody wave after wave taking its toll until the brutality of Tyler Dennen's vocals finish you off with a brutal gut punch. As for the video, it's an odd mix of the band's performance with striking imagery of several women and even Dennen himself being splattered with or spewing colored paints.

The vocalist tells Loudwire of the song, "When two pieces match... but they convince themselves they don't. Two relatively harmless pieces come together to create a destructive force, keeping a love going, even when the love is dead, out of guilt."

"Scissors" is featured on Sworn In's latest disc, The Lovers/The Devil, which is out now via Razor & Tie. The track follows in the footsteps of the recently released songs "I Don't Really Love You," "Oliolioxinfree" and "Lay With Me" off the disc. The album is currently available at Amazon and iTunes.
