DevilDriver just picked up their second consecutive Death Match win with their cover of AWOLNATION's 'Sail.' The band stomped out Demon Hunter in our previous Death Match, but we've got stiff competition and nearly 20 years of experience coming their way.
With over two decades of experience under his belt, Dez Fafara is one of the most notable and raw frontmen you can ever see live. We got the chance to catch up with the DevilDriver vocalist as he spoke about some of the younger bands that interest him as well as what first caught his attention when he began listening to music. He also gives some very informative advice to his younger self that maybe helpful to those newer bands out there.
