Ghost - Page 2
Earlier this year, Ghost B.C. made their long-awaited return to North America. The sinister Satanists provided one of the year's best live shows, capturing the attention of a metal community searching for something just a bit different. From the 'Haze Over North America' tour, Ghost B.C. have just unveiled a live performance of 'Secular Haze' from their May 11 show in New York City.
Swedish cult metal band Ghost (Ghost B.C.) have teamed up with Vice to create the documentary-style web series 'Papaganda.' Episode One of the series was posted yesterday (Sept. 11) and the video explores Ghost's past, present and future lineage of vocalists. Oh yeah, and the flick features the first-ever interview with singer Papa Emeritus II without makeup … sort of.
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour." - Peter 5:8.
The lucky children of Brooklyn, N.Y., were fortunate enough to experience a ritual from Ghost (Ghost B.C.) on the night of Sunday, July 29. The heavy metal cult brought the entire 'Opus Eponymous' album (sans 'Deus Culpa') and the meat of 'Infestissumam' for an unforgettable performance at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.
Messianic metal act Ghost (Ghost B.C.) have unveiled a new music video for 'Monstrance Clock,' the closing track of the band's sophomore album, 'Infestissumam.' The clip showcases footage from Ghost's 2013 Los Angeles and New York City performances, and also features fans cleansing their souls inside the act's very own confessional booth.
A nameless ghoul from Ghost B.C. was the guest on Full Metal Jackie’s radio show this past weekend. The ghoul expressed his thoughts on whether the members of Ghost B.C. will ever be revealed and about the eclectic variety of music Ghost B.C. enjoys, as well as his own personal record collection. If you missed Full Metal Jackie’s show, check out her interview with one of Ghost's nameless ghouls below:
Before Ghost (aka Ghost B.C.) took to the stage of New York City's Webster Hall on May 11, we were given the opportunity to sit down with one of the act's nameless ghouls for an exclusive interview. Carrying an eerie sense of wisdom, the ghoul offered much detail on Ghost, allowing those who wish to listen a deeper understanding of the demonic act.
It's infinitely soul-nourishing to witness a live performance unlike anything you've ever experienced. Iconic acts such as Iron Maiden deliver an elaborate set design with moving pieces, flames and a giant animatronic Eddie mascot, GWAR shoot blood and guts into the crowd while maiming various public figures, and basically everything brought onstage for Slipknot's stage setup could kill someone at any time. These bands are legendary for their live shows, and Swedish metal act Ghost (aka Ghost B.C.) are well on their way to ascending to those same heights.
