Led Zeppelin, one of the most popular and influential rock bands in history, are issuing box sets of their first three albums. Deluxe editions of 'Led Zeppelin,' 'Led Zeppelin II' and 'Led Zeppelin III' will be available June 3 (see artwork above and below). It's the first installment of the planned reissues of all nine of their studio albums.
The East Coast celebrated the life and legacy of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham earlier this year in New Jersey with Bonzo Bash, and now the West Coast will have their own party to commemorate the legendary drummer at the Bonzo Bash NAMM Jamm 2014 event on Jan. 23 at the Observatory in Santa Ana, Calif.

Those who followed the Beastie Boys' early sampling trends would probably not be surprised by this mash-up, which finds them matched with classic rock icons Led Zeppelin. But the song choice comes from later in the Beasties' career when sampling wasn't as rampant, as mash-up master Nemozob pairs 'Ch-Check It Out' with Zeppelin's 'The Immigrant Song' to form 'The Immigrant Check.'
Congrats to rock legends Led Zeppelin, who will be bestowed with the prestigious Kennedy Center Honor in December. For Zeppelin fans, it will be the rare opportunity to see Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, and John Paul Jones together in person as their reunions since the death of John Bonham have been few and far between. Their last one took place in London in 2007.
