Former Misfits frontman Glenn Danzig has been denied the rights to the band's merchandising income in court.

According to various sources, former Misfits frontman Glenn Danzig is suing current Misfits bassist Jerry Only over rights to a lucrative merchandising deal with Hot Topic. Additionally, Danzig claims that Jerry Only registered trademarks "for everything Misfits-related in 2000" behind the singer's back.
