UK deathcore band the Dead Lay Waiting are premiering the track 'Pray to Me' from their latest album, 'Almost Heaven,' right here on Loudwire. The song is track No. 12 from the disc, which will be seeing a U.S. release in early 2012.

The Dead Lay Waiting began their musical venture in 2007. They released their first EP 'Memories of a Massacre,' followed quickly by a self-titled EP in 2008.

The band performed at the legendary Download Festival in back to back years (2009, 2010) and released their debut album 'We Rise' in January 2010. TDLW also made their very first music video for the single 'Obsession of an Anxiety.'

In 2011, the Dead Lay Waiting were nominated by Kerrang! for Best British Newcomers and by Metal Hammer for Best Underground Band.

Along with securing a 2012 release date for 'Almost Heaven,' the Dead Lay Waiting will embark on a headlining European tour, host a take-over of Scuzz TV and plan to release their second music video for the track 'Burnt to Ashes' from 'Almost Heaven.' 'Pray To Me' continues the band's journey into the world of metal, boasting their post-hardcore / deathcore sound. Check out 'Pray To Me' and tell us what you think.

'Almost Heaven' will arrive in the U.S. on Jan. 24.
