Congrats are in order for The Pretty Reckless. The band just earned their first No. 1 single on the Active Rock chart with 'Heaven Knows.'

The song has been steadily climbing the charts in recent months, following on the heels of the title track from their 'Going to Hell' album. The tune has also been bolstered by a sizzling new video (watch below). Director Jon J teamed with frontwoman Taylor Momsen to oversee the video, which finds the vocalist breaking through the trance inducing television overlords to free a group of children from their darkened world.

The Pretty Reckless are currently touring in Europe, but will return to the States in April to perform at the 2014 Revolver Golden Gods Awards. You can also look for them playing a number of the top rock festivals this spring. See their upcoming tour dates here. 'Heaven Knows' is featured on the 'Going to Hell' album, which can currently be pre-ordered at this location.

The Pretty Reckless' chart-topping song was a big deal not only for them, but also their label, as Razor & Tie has become the first independent label to hold the Top 2 spots on the Active Rock chart. All That Remains' 'What If I Was Nothing' is sitting in second place.

Razor & Tie Senior Vice President of Promotions, Kurt Steffek, stated, “I'm extremely proud of this accomplishment for Razor & Tie and couldn't be happier for our bands. Hats off to some great A&R as well as the wonderful promo team that I work with.” Razor & Tie Co-Owner’s Cliff Chenfeld and Craig Balsam add, “We have made a commitment to work with the most inspiring artists in rock and this is an incredibly gratifying accomplishment. We are very fortunate to support The Pretty Reckless and All That Remains."
