Welcome back the Veer Union! The Crispin Earl-led ground has a reconstructed lineup, a new album and now a new video as well. The band just unleashed their new single "Defying Gravity" with a corresponding clip.

The hard-hitting yet melodic rock track is represented via a live performance, shot in black and white with some stylistic additions courtesy of director Aaron Veale.

As for the song, Earl recently revealed that it's about his internal battles with depression over the years. One listen to the track and you can tell that the singer is delivering the vocals with his emotion on full display.

"Defying Gravity" is featured on the Veer Union's Decade album, due in stores on Jan. 29 via Pavement Entertainment. The album is currently available for pre-order via iTunes and you can get the "Defying Gravity" single there as well.
