Kudos to Thirty Seconds to Mars and their director Bartholomew Cubbins (aka Jared Leto) for winning the Best Rock Video of 2013 in the 3rd Annual Loudwire Music Awards. The victorious clip was the band's 'City of Angels' video, which featured a number of familiar and not-so-familiar Los Angeles denizens speaking about their love affair with Tinsel Town while the song sets the tone.

Kanye West, Juliette Lewis, Lindsay Lohan, Olivia Wilde, James Franco, Shaun White, Corey Feldman, Selena Gomez, Steve Nash, Ashley Olsen and Alan Cumming join the members of Thirty Seconds to Mars in the video, sharing their tales about Los Angeles. The clip took 23.07 percent of the fan voting, edging out Stone Sour's 'Do Me a Favor,' which earned 20.47 percent. In This Moment's 'Adrenalize' video finished third with 14.77 percent.
