The world is definitely better with Motorhead in it, and you can say the same for the world of popular role playing video game Victor Vran as well. Wired Productions have been working with developer Haemimont Games to create the highly anticipated Fractured Worlds and Motorhead: Through the Ages content expansions for the game.

On May 30, fans will be able to get their hands on the Victor Vran: Overkill Edition, and you can get a glimpse at how the demon hunting gameplay will look in the video trailer above. As you can see, Lemmy Kilmister is represented within the game as well as other key Motorhead imagery. The trailer implores gamers to "rescue the lifeless Snaggletooth," "call in the Bomber," "unleash the Ironfist" and "stand up against the Queen of the Damned."

The Motorhead: Through the Ages content expansion is described as "a wild tour through the mythos of the loudest band in the world. Harness the powers of the immortal Motörhead to defeat frightening new enemies in three demon-infested worlds intertwined with the songs of the band, and heavily inspired by Motörhead's lyrics and attitude. Enter the World of Wars, the Weird West and the Dark Ages. Bring the fight to the evil oppressors of these worlds – the Preacher, the Führer and the Queen of the Damned – and end their unsettling agendas to bring the mighty Snaggletooth back to life with the help of Lemmy and Lloyd Kaufman! This fully-scoped addition is suitable for newcomers to the Victor Vran series, veteran demon hunters and Motorheadbangers alike."

The expansion will include fan-favorite Motorhead tracks, will feature three entirely new worlds inspired by the band's music, attitude and album covers, will come with eight Motorhead-themed demon powers, allows gamers to slay with style in three new outfits based on the band members and you can dispatch of demons with Revolver and Guitar weapon types. You can also collect 20 new Destiny Cards that augment your demon hunter abilities, take on new bosses like the Corrupted War Pig, Orgasmatron and the Queen of the Damned and follow a storyline based on war, religion and greed.

Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell states, “The game is a brilliant homage to the world of Motorhead, one where you can kick-ass, to a kick-ass soundtrack!" Achim Heidelauf, Executive Producer and creator of Motörhead: Through the Ages at Haemimont Games, had this to say, “In over 20 years of making video games this is my proudest moment. I cannot wait to show our unique creation to my fellow Motorheadbangers and the rest of the world! Motorhead forever!” Simply put, May 30 can't get here soon enough.

Look for Victor Vran: Overkill Edition in physical and digital formats for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and Windows PC. Distribution of the physical edition will be delivered in partnership with THQNordic.
