AWOLNATION stormed the Wiltern Theatre stage in Los Angeles, Calif. last Thursday (Mar. 16) for a show supporting their latest LP, Here Come the Runts, and brought up some special guests in Weezer's Rivers Cuomo and Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan for the encore.

Cuomo stepped out on vocals and acoustic guitar first as the band tackled the Pixies classic "Where Is My Mind?" in a video which can be viewed below. The choice wasn't that surprising, as Weezer will be be embarking on a co-headlining tour this summer with the influential Boston alternative rock outfit.

Following Cuomo's performance, AWOLNATION frontman Aaron Bruno welcomed Duff McKagan to the stage. First they played the band's 2010 track "Burn It Down" and then did a rousing rendition of the smash hit "Sail," the lead single from AWOLNATION's debut LP, Megalithic Symphony. The latter performance can be seen below.

Both Cuomo and McKagan have gotten onstage with AWOLNATION in the past, and both have long been a fan of the Los Angeles-based alt-rockers. Earlier in the night, McKagan posted a picture near the soundboard to his official Instagram page with the caption, "7 Stick Of Dynamite! My f*ckin jam." a reference to one of the band's recent singles, "Seven Sticks of Dynamite" which they also played during the Wiltern set.
