Wayne Static fans that reside in the Western portion of the country have even more reason to celebrate this December, as the singer will embark on a spate of live dates that kick off Dec. 14 in Sin City (that's Las Vegas) and run through Dec. 18 in Tucson. It's an efficient, short and sweet run that includes an appearance at Denver radio station KBPI's Mistletoe Jam on Dec. 16. Tickets for these December shows are on sale today.

The singer/guitarist will be playing cuts from his debut solo effort 'Pighammer,' which is out now and is reminiscent of the evil disco that he built his rep on while fronting Static-X.

Don't be pissed if Wayne isn't hitting your city in December. He is currently planning a North American trek that'll take place in early 2012, and those dates will be revealed imminently. So be patient and you will be handsomely rewarded.

Wayne recently chatted with Loudwire about the status of Static-X , wrestling control of his career from his former label and more. He encouraged fans to give 'Pighammer' a chance, saying, "Anyone who ever liked Static-X is going to love this solo record. It’s 100 percent pure evil disco. It’s completely what I envisioned for Static-X in the beginning without having to compromise for other musicians or labels. I tried to get back into the whole electronic vibe, mixed with metal, which was the beginning of Static-X. I spent an entire year in the studio writing and recording this. It’s 24 tracks, no editing, no computers, so it has an organic feel to it.

Wayne Static tour dates are as follows:

Dec. 14 – Las Vegas, Nev.
Dec. 15 – Salt Lake City, Utah
Dec. 16 – Denver, Colo.
Dec. 17 – Gallup, N.M.
Dec. 18 – Tucson, Ariz.
