First things first -- bassist Wolfgang Van Halen is still a member of Tremonti. But the rocker will not be touring with the band this year as he's got a conflict with Van Halen's tour dates and that's in first position for him.

Wolfgang says in a statement, "I am still part of Tremonti and very excited for the release of Cauterize, but unfortunately am unable to participate in the upcoming tour dates, both in the States and overseas due to my prior commitment with Van Halen for the upcoming summer tour in support of the Tokyo Dome Live in Concert album. Look forward to seeing all the Tremonti fans on the road as soon as my schedule permits!"

The band has not revealed who will be holding down the bass duties on the road as of yet. Their next leg of shows kick off April 25 at Orlando's Earth Day Birthday Festival. At present, they're booked through May 23 in Destin, Fla. Dates can be seen below.

Even though Van Halen may not be a part of touring, he is very much a part of Cauterize and its newly announced follow-up Dust. Mark Tremonti says of the disc, "We are extremely excited for the fans to hear this album. We feel it is our best work to date."

The group has also just revealed the artwork for the disc, which can be seen below. That follows on the heels of the newly released track "Another Heart," which fans can pick up at iTunes. Pre-order information for the album has yet to be revealed, but you can look for the Cauterize disc dropping June 9.
