Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello: Not All Band Members Ready to Make a New Album

With the 20th anniversary edition of legendary rap-rockers Rage Against the Machine’s self-titled debut on target to arrive Nov. 27, rumors have been swirling that the band might be planning a new album. Guitarist Tom Morello dashed any of those hopes in an interview with Billboard earlier this month, and now, he’s chiming in on why the band might not regroup for a new set.

King’s X Drummer Jerry Gaskill Loses Almost All His Possessions in Hurricane Sandy

King's X drummer Jerry Gaskill has been hit with a bit of bad luck lately. Back in February, he suffered a heart attack and underwent emergency surgery before recovering and leaving the hospital after three weeks under professional care. Now, Gaskill and his wife Julie have suffered great losses due to Hurricane Sandy, including losing almost all of their belongings and being dislodged from their home on the coast of New Jersey.

Hinder Frontman: New Album is Reflective of ‘Really Dark Drug Binge’

Hard rockers Hinder are back with a new album, ‘Welcome to the Freakshow,’ out Dec. 4, and frontman Austin Winkler isn’t holding back when it comes to opening up about the inspiration behind the album’s heavy tracks. Winkler says most of the songs are a reflection of “a really, really dark drug binge,” which drove him to rehab after the band finished the album.
