The Devil Horn Region of 2013's March Metal Madness comes down to Dream Theater's 'Images and Words' taking on Judas Priest's 'Screaming for Vengeance' to advance to the final four as we try to determine the best metal album of all-time.

Dream Theater's 'Images and Words' was the album that put them on the map back in 1992 and gave them some commercial success with the single, 'Pull Me Under.' On top of that track, the disc featured such favorites as 'Take the Time,' 'Another Day' and 'Under a Glass Moon.' Dream Theater have made it to the March Metal Madness quarterfinals by ousting Dio's 'Holy Diver' in the first round, with a narrow 54 percent of the tally, then taking down AC/DC's 'Back in Black' in round two with 57 percent of the vote.

Judas Priest, meanwhile, had a somewhat easier time getting to the quarterfinals. They bested Suffocation's 'Effigy of the Forgotten' with 85 percent of the vote in the first round, while 'Screaming for Vengeance' took down Tool's 'Ænima' with 53 percent of the vote in round two. With songs like 'The Hellion,' 'Electric Eye,' '(Take These) Chains' and the incredibly catchy 'You've Got Another Thing Comin',' Judas Priest's album has definitely carved out their place in metal history.

It's Dream Theater's 'Images and Words' against Judas Priest's 'Screaming for Vengeance' in the finals of the Devil Horn Region. Vote for your favorite to advance in 2013's March Metal Madness in the poll below.
