Fireball Ministry, ‘The Answer’ – Exclusive Video Premiere

Subscribe to Loudwire on

Fireball Ministry are a heavy metal band out of Los Angeles that have been going strong for nearly 20 years. Today, they’re teaming up with Loudwire to exclusively premiere the video for “The Answer” off their upcoming album, Remember The Story, which is due out Oct. 6 via Cleopatra Records.

The video is a perfect adaptation of the band’s music to a visual format. Throughout the video, the band jams out the heavy riffs of the song in a desert climate. We follow a man who was shot in the gut as he traverses the wide open roads. Along the way he comes into contact with a strange, headbanging figure, who follows him at every turn.

Fireball Ministry frontman James A. Rota has a background in video, film and TV production, having worked on Foo Fighters’ documentary Sonic Highways. Regarding the video, the band states, “We’re really excited to be teaming up again with director Brandon Trost for ‘The Answer’ video. Brandon most recently worked with Jim on the latest two Foo Fighters videos as Director of Photography and he has a visionary way of telling stories set to music.”

As for their music, Fireball Ministry exudes a no-nonsense approach to songwriting, with no gimmicks to get in the way of some classic sounding heavy metal influenced by such bands as Black Sabbath and Thin Lizzy. “The Answer” provides a perfect soundtrack for anyone wanting to cruise down the highway and fight off their demons.

Remember the Story marks the band’s first album in nearly seven years, and after hearing “The Answer,” it’s exciting to see what the rest of the disc will unfold. Pre-order the disc here.
