Former Danzig / Hellyeah / Nothingface bassist Jerry Montano has filed a restraining order against aspiring model Priscilla Caputo. Montano claims that the former female fling broke down his door and trashed his room after he kicked her to the curb and ignored her “harassing” messages.

In late 2011, Montano and Caputo came into contact through mutual friends and began exchanging messages on Facebook. According to TMZ, the bassist met Caputo for the first time on Dec. 5 when “she came to my place and stayed the night,” stated Montano. After one more visit, Montano began to decline the advances of the aspiring model, which led to a series of harassing calls and texts from Caputo, ultimately resulting with the scorned female trashing the bassist’s room after kicking in the bedroom door.

Montano filed a police report after the incident and has most recently placed a restraining order against Caputo, forcing her to stay 100 yards away from he and his roommates. A hearing will take place on Friday, Jan. 6 to decide whether the restraining order will be made permanent.

Priscilla Caputo is no stranger to media scrutiny. United Kingdom news source The Daily Mail released an impressive (and disturbing) collection of “before and after” photos of Caputo’s extreme series of collagen lip injections. She instantly became an internet phenomenon after posting the balloon-lipped photos on her Facebook page.
