Godsmack want their fans to help with the cover art for an upcoming release, so start rifling through your photo collection immediately.

The band is currently prepping two releases, a live album and an EP of cover songs. It's unclear whether the two efforts will be released in one package or separately. Nonetheless, the band is looking for help from fans to complete the cover art of one of those releases, presumably the live disc.

The request is for fan-submitted photos of the band performing live, the fans themselves at Godsmack shows, or Godsmack-themed tattoos to use as the cover art for their upcoming live album. Full details for the opportunity that ends March 19 can be found on the submission form on Godsmack's Facebook page.

Godsmack are currently preparing for the Mass Chaos tour, where they will co-headline with Staind and have opening support from Halestorm. Following the North American trek, they will head out on an overseas tour, for which they've just added several new stops in London, Luxembourg, Paris and Moscow.
