Update: Nikki Sixx offered a brief response to Erna's recent comments during a Q&A session on his Facebook page. The two-word response? "Poor baby."

Ding ding ding! The feud between Godsmack frontman Sully Erna and Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx has been going on for years now with each musician standing in opposing corners exchanging verbal punches. Erna is the latest to fire back, slamming the founding Crue member on Jamey Jasta's podcast.

Making an appearance on 'The Jasta Show,' the Godsmack singer discussed a variety of topics including the band's label, Metallica, sobriety, Godsmack and, eventually, his thoughts on Sixx. Things turned sour as Erna unleashed a slew of unkind words against his rock star nemesis. Discussing his feelings, he stated, "I'll say it straight out: I've never met a bigger f---ing dick in my life than Nikki Sixx. He's a douchebag. He's straight-up a f---ing douche, and I don't give a f--k what he says."

He continued, calling out the bassist, "He knows exactly where I am, and he knows exactly how he can find me anytime that motherf---er has the balls to come and look me up. And I'll say it straight out on your podcast. He's a dick, man. He just treats people like s--t."

Almost at a loss for words, Erna added, "I don't know what his deal is, man, but I can just tell you that he is the most… I don't even know what the word is for it. I've never met anyone like that. He's just so pompous and egotistical and he feels like he's still on top of the world. He just thinks he's so relevant, and he's just an old, fat washed-up has-been. He annoys me, and I don't even deal with it anymore. It's lame."

The feud started six years ago when Godsmack opened for Motley Crue on Crue Fest 2. Godsmack disagreed with the way they were being treated on the tour, which led to some mud-slinging between the two over the years. Tweets were fired back and forth and Godsmack even penned "Cryin' Like A Bitch' about Sixx.

The bassist ripped into the band when they put in a request for an appearance on his Sixx Sense radio show. He exclaimed, “So @godsmack begged to be on @Sixxsense to promote their s–t new album. Good luck touring phonebooths. Who’s crying like a bitch now?”

Stay tuned for what will most likely be more updates on this ongoing feud.
