Welcome back Huntress, who are once again dipping into the cool world of animation with their new lyric video for "Flesh." The clip, which can be seen above, combines Huntress vocalist Jill Janus' lyrics and story with the artwork of Vance Kelly, who is also responsible for the band's Static album cover art.

Though it's a lyric video, the visual element is more than just some lyrics crawling across the screen. Animations of a female and her prey give viewers a story to follow.

Janus says, "'Flesh' is catchy and hard rock, it's lusty and bloody, a blackened-party metal make out song. When my bandmates brought me the killer composition, I wrote the lyrics as my storyline unfolded like bizarre film noir. A female serial killer who would transform into a demonic seamstress, preying upon women. She desires their flesh for fashion. Once again, I've collaborated with the immensely talented Vance Kelly to bring my story to life. Our telepathic artistic connection has created a twisted romantic lyric video for a summer of lust. Enjoy!"

"Flesh" is featured on the Static album, which is due Sept. 25 via Napalm Records. The album was produced by Paul Fig and Jim Rota. Huntress have teamed up with PledgeMusic for a pre-order that comes with a variety of incentives and special merchandise packages. Check here for more info. Fans can also pre-order the album via iTunes or through Napalm Records.

Look for Huntress returning to the road on Aug. 27 as they join Avatar, Gemini Syndrome and First Decree on tour. Dates can be found here.
