How does Jared Leto follow-up his Oscar win? By getting back to music! The Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman and his band will join Linkin Park for a co-headlining trek this summer.

The run, dubbed the 'Carnivores Tour,' will rock North America in late summer, beginning with an opening night date at the Cruzan Amphitheatre in Palm Beach, Fla. At present, dates are booked through Sept. 19 in Concord, Calif., though there is a little gap from late August into the first week of September where more shows could be added.

"Carnivores is a metaphor that is meant to convey an appetite for something visceral and substantive, and I feel that’s exactly the hunger this tour will feed," says Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda about the trek's name.

Joining Linkin Park and Thirty Seconds to Mars on the tour will be AFI, making for a powerhouse bill. Linkin Park have been working on a new album, while Thirty Seconds to Mars will continue to promote their 'Love Lust Faith + Dreams' disc. AFI, meanwhile, have been rocking their 'Burials' album since last fall.
