After unleashing the new track "Our Finest Hour" a few weeks back, legendary New Jersey thrashers Overkill have revealed details about their upcoming 18th studio album.

The Grinding Wheel will be released Feb. 10, 2017 via Nuclear Blast. Check out the track listing below. Frontman Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth says, “Grinding on! Here we come again kids, strapped to the Grinding Wheel! Bang your head.”

Blitz spoke with Full Metal Jackie about the lyrical influences on the album, saying, "I think I’m writing about things that are quite pertinent to what I go through all the time and what other people go through all the time. It could also be something as totally from left field, I remember watching Black Mass with Johnny Depp and the next thing I know I’m down here smashing on the computer and scratching out notes on the back of cocktail napkins and recording lyrics."

He continues, "So there’s a variety source from where it can come from, but I would think that the weight of that source comes from the internal things that I’ve collected. Trying to dispose any of the negativity I’ve collected over the last year and a half."

A few days after The Grinding Wheel's release, Overkill will hit the road in support of the album alongside Nile. A few of the dates also feature Amorphis and Swallow the Sun. The trek kicks off Feb. 14 in Philadelphia.
