We're not quite sure if Maynard James Keenan was wearing a Halloween outfit or not when Puscifer hit the stage of the 'Late Show With David Letterman' on Monday, but he certainly looked strange. Either way, dressing up is certainly the right thing to do when your band is making its network television debut, as Puscifer did on the show Halloween night when they rolled out a downright haunting performance of the title track off their new album, 'Conditions of My Parole.'

Wearing the same blonde wig pictured on the cover of 'Conditions' and sporting a pencil-thin mustache, aviator shades and a leisure suit that would make 'Seinfeld''s Frank Costanza proud, Keenan looked the part as he lead a five-piece backing band (six if you count 'Letterman' bandleader Paul Shaffer, who joins in on keyboards at the end -- and really rocks it out!) through the tune, an appropriate Halloween choice considering its lyrical references to the devil, Dracula and zombies.

Did we mention Keenan's awesome retro-styled microphone? The one he's singing into in the picture above? There, now we did.

Keenan recently chatted with Loudwire about Puscifer, A Perfect Circle and plans for the next Tool album. Check out that interview here.
