Rob Zombie Unveils Animated ‘Assassin’s Creed Unity’ Short Film

Rob Zombie is lending his creative eye to a new short film for the ‘Assassin’s Creed Unity’ video game. The rocker teamed up with ‘The Walking Dead’ comic book co-creator Tony Moore to provide an illustrated vision of the chaotic events of the French Revolution.

The film opens with the ominous line, ‘A desperate people know nothing of mercy,” and it only gets more brutal from there as Zombie and Moore lead the viewer through the class warfare, the rise of an even crueler ruler and the bloody battles that ensued. The trailer just debuted at San Diego’s Comic-Con.
