Sevendust Announce ‘Time Travelers & Bonfires’ Acoustic Album and Tour

Last year, Sevendust embarked on a crowdfunding campaign to record an acoustic album. According to their PledgeMusic page, more than 2700 people have contributed, and they have exceeded their goal by more than 60 percent with more than two months remaining. Now, more details have been revealed about the project.

The album will be called ‘Time Travelers & Bonfires,’ and is set to be released in April. That’s also when the band will kick off ‘An Evening With Sevendust’ acoustic tour.

The first show is April 1 in Athens, Ga. (see the dates below). Tickets for the tour will go on sale tomorrow (Jan. 24). For ticket info, go here.

‘Time Travelers & Bonfires’ will include both re-recorded versions of older tracks along with newly written songs. The re-recorded songs are ‘Black, ‘Gone,’ ‘Denial,’ ‘Karma,’ ‘Trust’ and ‘Crucified.’

Before the acoustic tour, Sevendust will be hitting the high seas as part of the cruise. It embarks Jan. 26 with performers including Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Tremonti, Black Stone Cherry, In This Moment,  Nonpoint, Living Colour, Love and DeathButcher Babies and more.
