Slash has just announced details for his third overall solo album, and second with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. The upcoming full-length 'World on Fire' will arrive Sept. 15 internationally and Sept. 16 in North America.

Slash has seen plenty of success with his solo discs, hitting No. 3 and No. 4 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart with 'Slash' and 'Apocalyptic Love,' respectively.

The artwork for the disc (pictured) was designed by artist Ron English. As far as the music, the first single will be the album's title track, arriving at radio on June 13.

As for the title of the album and the first single, Slash says, "To be literal about it, we have the global warming thing. But that’s not the catalyst for the title. 'World on Fire' is more of a tongue-in-cheek, positive, fun thing -- it has a lot of sexual connotations in the actual song itself. It’s a euphemism for going a little bit crazy and pulling out all the stops."

Fans of Slash in the U.K. will be able to buy the album as a Classic Rock fan pack four weeks in advance of its street date. Along with 'World on Fire,' the pack includes a 116-page magazine featuring exclusive interviews with Slash, the band and producer Michael 'Elvis' Baskette, along with a giant double-sided poster and a metal pin badge.

While Slash will be out with Aerosmith in North America this summer, it's just been revealed that European fans will be treated to shows from the guitarist in late 2014. Check out the full list of dates below. See the full track listing for Slash's 'World on Fire' below, as well.
