According to various sources, former Misfits frontman Glenn Danzig is suing current Misfits bassist Jerry Only over rights to a lucrative merchandising deal with Hot Topic. Additionally, Danzig claims that Jerry Only registered trademarks "for everything Misfits-related in 2000" behind the singer's back.
Be prepared for more Danzig in 2014. That could include a new TV special as well as a fresh album. Danzig just confirmed in a new online update that they're currently in the studio working on new music.
