The band cited "very serious personal family matters" as the reason for pulling out, and in a new open letter posted today (Dec. 31) from vocalist Cristina Scabbia, we may have a better understanding as to why Lacuna Coil decided to skip the rock cruise.
Bad news from the Lacuna Coil camp. Those looking forward to seeing the band on the 2014 ShipRocked Cruise will have to catch the band at a later date, as the Italian metal act has pulled out of the cruise to focus on "very serious personal family matters."
