The Dead Daisies have been building a reputation as being a solid live band, and their upcoming release should only further solidify that. The band has announced plans to issue Live and Louder, a concert disc, that will be available in CD and DVD formats. Watch a trailer for the release above.

Live and Louder will be issued by Spitfire Music / SPV on May 19 and it captures the energy of the roof-raising live sets the band was delivering during their 2016 touring. With shows in Europe, the U.S., Japan and Korea over the past year, the band definitely earned their stripes as road warriors. As for what fans can look for on the new disc, the source material comes from a number of shows on the band's 2016 U.K. and European trek. Anthony Focx (Aerosmith, Metallica) mixed the album at Focxhole Studios with Howie Weinberg handling the mixing of the album.

Singer John Corabi states, "We’re extremely excited and proud of our new album Live and Louder!!! A lot of the fans have been writing to us and saying how much they LOVED our records but were even more blown away by the band live!!! So this documents our last U.K./European tour, and also shows the world how truly loud and supportive The Dead Daisies fans are!!!! Thank you and Turn It Up!!!!"

Fans will be able to get Live and Louder in a digipak that includes the CD, DVD and a massive photo booklet. There's also a double 180g multicolor vinyl release option, a limited edition box set that adds extras like a poster, sticker, button, patch and photocard and a digital download option. Stay tuned for pre-order details.
