Rise Against have released another video for their upcoming collection Ghost Note Symphonies, Vol. 1, which sees the Chicago punk rock outfit taking songs from their catalog and stripping them down. This time around, it's the track "Like the Angel," which originally appeared on their 2003 sophomore LP, Revolutions per Minute.

The video, which can be seen above, is about as bare bones as it gets. Featuring an off the hook pay telephone disconnected at the side of a busy intersection, the song plays as cars pass by in both directions. "Like the Angel" follows the release of "House on Fire," a video for which came out toward the end of last month.

Ghost Note Symphonies, Vol. 1 was recorded at the Blasting Room, the Fort Collins Colo. studio where  Rise Against have recorded a number of their albums with Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore.

"You’ll find the songs stripped down, with alternate instrumentation, unique orchestration and a surprise or two," revealed the band while teasing the project, which is set to land on shelves July 27.

Rise Against is currently on the road in Europe, with their next show scheduled for tomorrow night in Moscow, Russia. Next month, they return to North America for a lengthy tour that kicks off at Rock Fest July 12 in Cadott, Wis. Then in August, they'll be on the road headlining with support from AFI and Anti-Flag. Dates for the trek can be found here.
