Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin is in trouble -- again! Scantlin was scheduled to appear in court Thursday (Dec. 12) for a progress report on his cocaine possession case, but the musician never showed up. Because of Scantlin's truancy, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Scantlin has had a tumultuous last couple of years to say the least. Before being arrested for vandalism with a buzz saw and sledgehammer earlier this year, the frontman has been arrested for allegedly attacking his ex-wife, two warrants after being caught speeding, an alleged drunken airplane altercation and for owing more than $60,000 in back taxes. Additionally, Scantlin allegedly stole his ex-wife's car in February.

Scantlin has spent a lot of time in the back of cop cars, and as soon as he's found by police, he will be arrested for missing his latest court appearance. The progress report was supposed to be part of a suspended sentence after Scantlin pleaded guilty to felony drug possession in 2012. Scantlin was ordered to enroll in the drug program while his conviction was delayed for 18 months. However, the frontman missing this appearance surely will not be good for his chances of remaining outside of prison.

TMZ actually ran into Scantlin on the night of Dec. 12, only hours after missing his court date. Scantlin seemed unhappy running into a TMZ cameraman, who actually knew that Scantlin was supposed to report to court earlier in the day. Scantlin denied that he had been summoned along with other questions asked by the cameraman, simply responding, "No," to questions about missing a casino show and having issues with his neighbor.

Scantlin has yet to be arrested for missing his Dec. 12 progress report. Stay tuned for more updates as news continues to break.
