Papa Roach are keeping busy this holiday season by releasing a new single, ‘Where Did the Angels Go,’ off the band’s ‘The Connection’ album, as well as prepping for a co-headlining North American tour with Stone Sour scheduled for early 2013.

Korn are set to reunite with their founding guitar player Brian 'Head' Welch for two German festival gigs in 2013, and perhaps nobody is more stoked about the get-together than Welch. The metal six-stringer rocked out with Korn onstage for the track 'Blind' last May at the Carolina Rebellion festival in Rockingham, N.C., and he says jamming with Korn just felt right.
Oklahoma-based rockers Aranda unleashed their latest full-length album, ‘Stop the World,’ earlier this year. After touring with bands like Theory of a Deadman and Hinder and playing major summer fests, the guys are as busy as ever after inking a deal with Wind-up Records. Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler is branching out with his own band, appropriately named Adler, and the band’s debut full-length, ‘Back From the Dead,’ carries a straight-ahead rock sound that proves Mr. A means business. Now, Adler is opening up about the message behind the album, and he says he hopes it gives him a fresh start in the music business.
Sevendust fans, rejoice! The hard rock act has announced they will release their ninth studio album, 'Black Out the Sun,' on their own 7Bros. Records label (through Warner Music Group's Independent Label Group) on March 26, 2013. The album’s debut single, 'Decay,' will reach active rock airwaves and retail outlets Jan. 22, 2013.
The surviving members of Suicide Silence have announced a special benefit show for Mitch Lucker’s family this December, and all of the proceeds from the concert will go toward the education of Lucker's 5-year-old daughter, Kenadee. The band will perform live, and a different singer will fill in for Lucker for each song. No word yet on who these special vocalists will be, but we’ll keep you posted.
