Into The Flood, a Christian metal/hardcore band from Seattle, has signed a record deal with Century Media.

Originally known as Vices, the group formed in 2010 and has shared the stage with groups including Hate Eternal, Goatwhore and Demon Hunter. Their current lineup includes vocalist Brendan Wilson, guitarists Jacob Sacquitne and Justin Thacker, bassist Anthony Taylor and drummer Kevin Brady. A Seattle promoter told Century Media about Into The Flood, leading to the band signing with the label.

The band says of the record deal, "This is absolutely a dream come true to be involved with a label like CM. This is something every musician dreams of and we were blessed enough to have it happen for us."

On their Facebook page, Into The Flood states: "We are a band that believes that YOU are the start of a positive change in the people that surround you. We believe that YOU can help communities and cities change. We believe that YOU have purpose. We are imperfect. We are a group of normal guys that face the same struggles as you do in our everyday lives. We will not judge you for who you are and what you believe because that is not our place in this world. We are simply here to share our testimonies and our love with all of you."

The band recently debuted a video for the song 'The Destroyer' (watch below). The song will be re-recorded for their debut album, which will be produced by Aaron Smith (Jeff Loomis, 7 Horns, 7 Eyes). The group is set to enter the studio this week, with no release date announced as of yet.
