As Mary Poppins always said, “A spoonful of sugar and some heavy metal help the medicine go down.” No wait, that’s not right. Well, maybe that's what she should have said. Take it from metal remix specialist Andy Rehfeldt, a little metal goes a long way. The YouTube star has released another viral track, this time taking aim at Mary Poppins’ classic tune “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.” Enjoy it above.

Getting help from Sera Hatchett on vocals and adding visuals from the Disney movie, you’ll enjoy watching what looks like Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke performing a heavy metal version of their famous song. Make sure to watch the full two minute clip, paying special attention during the minute and a half mark when Poppin’s seemingly harmless advice about the power of saying “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” takes on a sinister tone. The video first hit the web Feb. 24 and it's only taken two days for the clip to get well over a half-million views and counting.

If you like what you see above, make sure to check out Rehfeldt’s other Disney-themed video, where he takes extreme metal band Dimmu Borgir’s music and turns it into a ‘Radio Disney’ hit. He's also given Slipknot's "Wait and Bleed" the same treatment. Other favorites from Rehfeldt include when he turned Culture Club’s “Karma Chameleon” into a death metal track and gave Justin Timberlake’s “Suit & Tie” a metal makeover. Clearly, he's found a formula that works.
