It's guaranteed to be one of the hottest tickets of early 2013, with Shinedown and Three Days Grace setting out on a co-headlining trek. Add in rock vets P.O.D. and you've got a truly special music package. Now, what if we told you that you could win a pair of tickets to the show of your choice on the upcoming trek? Sounds pretty great, huh?!

First off, you've got Shinedown, one of the top rock bands going. The group has spawned hit after hit after hit since launching their recording career in 2003. Their last album, 'Amaryllis,' has already been responsible for the hit songs 'Bully,' 'Unity' and the recent chart-topper 'Enemies.'

Then you've got Three Days Grace, who definitely have a lot riding on these upcoming dates. The band was recently rocked by the exit of longtime singer Adam Gontier, but there's a lot of eyes on the group as My Darkest Days frontman Matt Walst, brother of Three Days Grace bassist Brad Walst, fronts the band for these upcoming shows.

Add in P.O.D., the veteran rockers who rebounded with last year's 'Murdered Love' album. They've already gotten some major radio play for the singles 'Lost in Forever (Scream)' and 'Higher.' With those three acts, it's definitely going to be rocking.

The tour launches Feb. 1 in Moline, Ill (see dates below). For your chance to win a pair of tickets to the Shinedown / Three Days Grace / P.O.D. tour date of your choosing, simply follow @loudwire on Twitter and retweet this announcement of the giveaway by Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 11:59PM ET. We'll choose a winner at random. Contest is for tickets only, so, if you are chosen as the winner, pick a show that's close to you. Travel or lodging will not be provided. Good luck!

For those of you who want to guarantee yourself entrance into a show, purchase tickets at Shinedown's official site or Three Days Grace's official site.
