Adrenaline Mob are ramping up to the release of their 'Dearly Departed' covers and rarities album and one of the more intriguing inclusions upon glancing at the track list is the band's decision to take on Charlie Daniels Band country classic, 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia.' Adrenaline Mob just premiered the track at Revolver and you can hear it in the player above.

The group re-imagined the track as a more raucous rendition with more blistering guitar play than sizzling fiddles. Think more the guitar duel in the '80s film 'Crossroads' and less 'Orange Blossom Special,' though there's definitely some fine picking to both. Meanwhile, vocalist Russell Allen does more than a solid job of bringing the swagger that Charlie Daniels initially brought to the track.

In addition to 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia,' 'Dearly Departed' will feature covers of Pat Travers' 'Snortin' Whiskey,' Queen's 'Tie Your Mother Down' and a Black Sabbath medley. If that whets your appetite, you can pre-order the disc now at Amazon, iTunes and Google Play.

Adrenaline Mob's 'Dearly Departed' album drops Feb. 10 through Century Media Records.
