After an impressive debut last week that almost derailed Avatar's Battle Royale Hall of Fame run, RED's epic "Darkest Part" video claimed the vacant top spot on the Battle Royale Video Countdown this week. RED led the voting wire-to-wire, though Nickelback's "She Keeps Me Up" closed the gap a bit late to finish second in its debut week.

It was a big week overall for debuts, as Art of Dying's "Rise Up" nudged out Apocalyptica's "Cold Blood" for third. A little further back, Mount Holly's "It Ain't Easy" debuted at No. 5 and Badflower's "Soap" completed the flurry of debuts, arriving at No. 9. See all of the Battle Royale Top 10 rock and metal videos of the week below.

So will the flux of new debuts continue on the Battle Royale next week? There are seven new videos now entering the voting. A Day to Remember ("City of Ocala"), AC/DC ("Rock the Blues Away"), Full Devil Jacket ("Valley of Bones"), Incubus ("Absolution Calling"), Like a Storm ("Wish You Hell"), Motor Sister ("A Hole") and The Persevering Promise ("Animals") all enter the fray. See those clips, along with every video available for voting, by clicking on the links in the poll at the bottom of this post. You can vote once per hour through the deadline of Friday, March 20 at 11AM ET. So pick your favorite clips and make sure they make the cut.
