Congrats to The Darkness! The band's striking animated video for "Barbarian" has been a favorite of Loudwire's readers for weeks and the clip just finished five straight weeks at No. 1. As such, the clip will now be retired into the Loudwire Battle Royale Hall of Fame for its amazing performance. And "Barbarian" isn't the only video retiring this week, as The Chimpz' "California" placed second in its final week of voting as the longest tenured clip on the Battle Royale, pulling in top 10 numbers since its debut back in December.

Looking for an heir apparent to Battle Royale Video Countdown throne? December in Red's "Send Me a Postcard" and Tom Keifer's "It's Not Enough" placed third and fourth respectively during their second weeks on the countdown. Behemoth's "Messe Noire" had the top debut of the week, landing at No. 5, and Sons of Texas made their first splash on the Battle Royale countdown, as "Baptized in the Rio Grande" placed eighth. See all of the Battle Royale Top 10 clips below.

So with two videos retiring, the Battle Royale is wide open next week. New videos from Hellyeah ("Hush"), Of Mice & Men ("Another You"), Armored Saint ("Win Hands Down"), Art of Anarchy ("Til the Dust Is Gone"), Beartooth ("In Between"), Bumblefoot ("Little Brother Is Watching") and Nightrage ("Stare Into Infinity") enter the voting. See those clips, along with every video on the countdown, by clicking the link within the poll below. You can vote once per hour through 11AM ET on Friday, April 24. So vote now, vote often and come back next Friday to see who the new Battle Royale champ is.
