Can You Guess the Artist in This Yearbook Photo?

All you readers have done a pretty awesome job at guessing the rock stars in some seriously old-school yearbook photos, so we've got one that ups the difficulty just a little bit.

As always, we'll give you a few clues. This guy has been in a major metal band for more than a decade. Also, this dude's band also once filed a lawsuit against Burger King regarding an advertising campaign. After negotiations however, the ad campaign and lawsuit were both dropped.
