The Todd La Torre-led version of Queensryche got their turn to shine Wednesday night in Los Angeles as the group packed into the sweaty Viper Room to both show off their new self-titled album and to play a performance for those in attendance.
The Todd La Torre-led version of Queensryche is moving quickly toward the June 11 release of their as-yet-untitled new album and fans are now getting their first taste of new music with the single 'Redemption.'
Since the not-so-amicable split between singer Geoff Tate and the rest of Queensryche, the band recently recruited Crimson Glory vocalist Todd La Torre to front the band. Since his debut, La Torre has been accused of using Geoff Tate's recorded vocals during live performances -- an allegation which La Torre has now officially denied.
