Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin has been troubled as of late, becoming more infamous for his numerous arrests than his music. Scantlin wasn't arrested for this latest incident, but according to various sources, the frontman injured a fan after throwing a microphone into the crowd during a recent show, during which he apparently had a major meltdown.

Here's a quick rundown of Wes Scantlin's recent arrest history: Scantlin was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in January 2012, a drunken airplane altercation that September, on two warrants after being caught speeding in May 2013, for allegedly attacking his ex-wife later that May, for vandalism with a buzz saw and sledgehammer in July, and in December of last year, an arrest warrant was issued for Scantlin after missing a court date.

The latest controversy involving Scantlin occurred at an April 16 show in Dallas. From multiple fan reports sent to both Loudwire and TMZ, the Puddle of Mudd frontman was lip syncing. After getting frustrated with the crowd, Scantlin completely unraveled, flipping off fans while throwing both his microphone and numerous bottle of water into the crowd. Scantlin even threw his shirt into the pit before yelling, "It ain't my fault that I'm the hottest motherf---er in the god damn building" before storming offstage.

According to TMZ, paramedics were called to help an injured member of the crowd. The medics didn't share what caused the injury, but various members of the crowd reportedly pointed towards Scantlin's microphone toss.
